How it works
SOL3D is one person and a lot of automation. The software reads your floor plan, builds the house, furnishes it and lights it. My job is to check every model before you see it.
That is also why it scales: a larger catalogue means more computing time, not more people. And you always talk to the person who built your tour.
Background
I studied music and I'm now studying business. SOL3D started with a gap in the market: in 2026, showing a home before it is built should work better than a floor plan and a few renderings. So I built it.
